    Traffic Integrated Marketing wins marketing account for Villa Athena and Playuklottery.com

    Traffic, the Cape Town integrated marketing company specialising in strategic direction and implementation for small and medium sized businesses, has been awarded the PR account for Villa Athena, in Greece, and has also been selected to develop a 12 month strategy for playuklottery.com.

    Villa Athena, is the brainchild of four South African visionaries, who have combined their talents to recreate an authentic Greek masterpiece, with the finest attention to detail in Greek architectural design and decorating. The aim is in offering visitors a focused Greek experience with the luxuries they are accustomed to, and South African hosts you can relate to.

    Traffic has been requested to build a comprehensive Public Relations strategy for the Villa, which will be implemented to attract local and international tourists for the European holiday seasons for 2002 and 2003.

    Playuklottery.com allows international players to take part in the UK Lottery via a secure website. "With average winnings in excess of £15 000 000 (R225 000 000), the product in itself causes quite a flutter among the public, which adds to our excitement of working on this project" says Dean McCoubrey, Creative Director of Traffic.

    Traffic has already developed successful radio and PR campaigns for playuklottery.com, and is looking forward to the challenge that this long term strategy brings about.
