International advertising and sponsorship sales executive

Location: Johannesburg (office-based)
Basic salary: R10,000 – R15,000/month
Commission: 12% + bonuses + incentives

Are you a high-performing telesales professional ready to work with major global brands and earn in Pounds £ and Euros € not �� Rands?

We’re hiring experienced, fearless telesales agents to join our growing Johannesburg office and sell advertising and sponsorship across Icons of Influence Magazine —a premium international media platform featuring celebrities, influencers, and global thought leaders.

What we offer:

• A solid basic salary (R10–15K)
• 12% uncapped commission on all closed sales
• Daily, weekly and monthly performance incentives
• Experience working with the U.K, German and French markets would be advantageous
• Johannesburg (Fourways) office-based environment with international exposure
• Remote work available for exceptional candidates only
• Work directly with our UK, USA and Spanish offices in near-identical time zones

You must have:

• Proven telesales experience in advertising or sponsorship sales
• Experience selling to senior executives or brand directors
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimisation
• Ability to source your own leads and hit 80–100 quality dials daily
• Fluent English, confident phone manner, strong closing skills
• Hunger to earn R70K+ per month and build an international sales career
