Seline van der Wat, MasterChef South Africa finalist, is the new Editor of LoveFood! Blog. Van der Wat left her industrial engineering career behind to pursue her food-filled dreams, opening her business called Es, and writing for local publications. She adds a fresh, delicious variation to the blog with her trend towards the sweeter side of life. "I tend to sway more towards the sweeter side of the kitchen, specialising in extravagant desserts, creating old-school sweet treats from scratch and baking cakes for anybody available to try them," she says.
