Agri SA, Yara partner for food security

Yara Africa Fertilizer has donated R1m to Agri SA's surplus food relief campaign. This is in response to unemployment and hunger becoming an ever-increasing reality in many South Africa communities due to the coronavirus. Agri SA welcomed Yara's donation and thanked its farmers and farmworkers who made sure that South Africans have access to affordable and healthy food during the nationwide lockdown.

"We are delighted to be a part of the initiatives with Agri SA and affiliates, which speaks directly to our mission and vision. Our mission is to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet, which leads us to our vision of a collaborative society; a world without hunger; a planet respected," Yara said in a joint statement with Agri SA.
