Shaji Varghese, CPA, has joined nationally recognised public accounting firm MBAF as an audit practice leader for commercial and financial services in the Northeast.

Varghese joins MBAF with more than 25 years of experience providing audit services to public companies and clients in the commercial and financial services industries. His expertise includes working with software/technology companies, investment partnerships, mutual funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, offshore funds, investment advisors, broker-dealers and private equity funds to provide audit services, due diligence work and manage process improvement projects.
