Debby Laatz joins Capital Hotel School's culinary arts division
Debby Laatz has been appointed as the new executive chef in the culinary arts division of the Capital Hotel School. In this role, Laatz will be responsible for heading up a team of qualified and experienced training chefs who train students and members of industry at hospitality establishments nationwide.
Laatz has accrued over 23 years of experience in the culinary industry and has held positions at hospitality establishments across South Africa. Before joining Capital Hotel School, Laatz served as the executive chef at the Royal St Andrews Hotel in Port Alfred and Lion Sands Game Reserve in Sabi Sands.
