James Khoza becomes first black SA Chefs president
James Khoza became the first black president of the South African Chefs Association (SA Chefs) following a vote at its annual general meeting that was recently held in Johannesburg. Khoza takes over the role from Stephen Billingham who served as SA Chefs president since 2009.
In his role as president of SA Chefs, Khoza will lead the association's governing body and head its board of directors. The SA Chefs president is also tasked with providing direction for its various initiatives, including the South African Culinary Olympics team.
