ENSafrica appoints two new tax specialists

Law firm ENSafrica has appointed Kazi Mbangeleli and Mark Badenhorst to be part of its tax department.

Mbangeleli specialises in M&A-related international tax and financial services tax. Kazi's deep expertise includes the tax aspects of structured investments and disinvestments, M&A and offshore expansions. She also has due diligence and tax compliance expertise.

Badenhorst is an expert in transfer pricing, assisting local and international clients in navigating the highly technical complexities of transfer pricing risk management and disputes. He also has extensive experience in indirect, corporate and international tax matters relating to M&A, inward and outward investments, restructurings and rationalisations.
