We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer to join our growing team. As a MuleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using the MuleSoft anypoint platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing integration solutions with MuleSoft
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, and Mule ESB
• Proficient in Java and experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP services
• Hands-on experience with API Management and API design using the MuleSoft platform
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, such as synchronous, asynchronous, and batch processing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and deployment models
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (like Git), and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint platform
• Create and maintain APIs and web services to integrate systems and applications efficiently
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to understand integration requirements
• Develop and maintain reusable components and connectors to enhance integration processes
• Implement and configure API security standards, such as OAuth, SSL, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration, performance, and deployment
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of solutions
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices
• Monitor and maintain integration solutions to ensure continuous availability and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft features, best practices, and trends

Reference number for this position is GZ60259 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg offering a cost to company salary of R800k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
