We’re looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist to join our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry with 35 years of excellence. Our client prides itself on maintaining high compliance standards and getting things done right the first time around.

If you’re someone with a bubbly and welcoming personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organized, this role could be perfect for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: Handle incoming post, assist with filing (e.g. invoices, transfers, work requisitions), and ensure filing systems are organised and up-to-date.
  • Stationery management: Monitor, order, and manage stationery and printer supplies, including monthly stock checks.
  • Transport and reporting: Process timesheets, reconcile diesel usage, and assist with transport logs.
  • Sales and payments: Assist walk-in customers with proforma invoices and manage cash or EFT payments, including reconciling receipts.
  • Miscellaneous tasks: Order supplies for the office and factory, including coffee, cleaning materials, and party packets for staff birthdays.

What you bring:
  • A welcoming and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile.

Why join this team?
This is an opportunity to be the welcoming face and organised backbone of a company with a proven track record of success and a commitment to doing things right. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a role where your organisational skills and personable nature will shine.
