A leading retail group in George is looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join a dynamic bakery team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking a variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and cakes.
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods.
• Managing ingredient stock levels and ensuring freshness.
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assisting with customer orders and special requests.

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience as a baker in a retail or commercial bakery.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
• Team player with excellent time management skills.

Location: George, Western Cape
