Stock Controller

Join a dynamic team where you’ll optimise stock allocation and manage orders to meet dealership and customer needs. Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes and up-to-date information. Our client is seeking a stock controller for their dealership based in Somerset West, Western Cape.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle sourcing, stock control and registration for the dealership.
• Capture warranties on new or demo vehicles and handle floor plans.
• Ensure all invoices and documents for banks and other institutions are processed.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to support team operations.

• Senior certificate (Grade 12) and a customer service or administration qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or administration, especially in the motor dealership industry, is essential.
• Advanced computer literacy; proficiency with dealership systems (e.g. Focus Pro, VMS, BEAM) is a plus.
• Own transport is required.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
