About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Associate to ensure that our various digital solutions are executed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, operational role that requires a proactive and meticulous approach.
Please note: This is not a creative role.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting thorough audits of social media pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Leveraging our proprietary software to streamline and optimize clients’ digital marketing presence.
- Managing and maintaining customer listings across key platforms such as Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, and more.
- Assisting with the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Handling various ad-hoc tasks to support the efficiency and success of our services.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in digital marketing.
- Previous experience working with Google, Facebook, or TripAdvisor would be advantageous.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Market-related salary based on skills and experience.
