About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Associate to ensure that our various digital solutions are executed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, operational role that requires a proactive and meticulous approach.

Please note: This is not a creative role.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough audits of social media pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
  • Leveraging our proprietary software to streamline and optimize clients’ digital marketing presence.
  • Managing and maintaining customer listings across key platforms such as Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, and more.
  • Assisting with the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  • Handling various ad-hoc tasks to support the efficiency and success of our services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in digital marketing.
  • Previous experience working with Google, Facebook, or TripAdvisor would be advantageous.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
