Costing Clerk 3-month contract – Automotive Dealership (West Rand)

A well-established dealership on the West Rand is looking for a costing clerk to join their dynamic team ASAP on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately process job cards and ensure correct costing of repairs and services.
• Verify parts, labor, and other costs against invoices and work orders.
• Liaise with the workshop, service advisors, and accounts department to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle warranty claims and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• To start immediately 
• Previous experience as a Costing Clerk in a dealership environment.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and job card processing.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant dealership systems and software.
