Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct investigations for fraud and abuse activities related to providers/beneficiaries.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma/degree in claims, legal, compliance, audit, clinical or related
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Minimum of five years’ expert claims work experience in a medical aid environment
• Strong planning, organising and co-ordinating ability
• Excellent people skills at all levels, including tact and discretion
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy – advanced
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary is commensurate with experience level.
