Specialist Events Coordinator
What you'll be responsible for As our specialist event coordinator, you will manage the full event lifecycle from brainstorming and planning to flawless delivery and insightful post-event reporting. You will be required to take ownership of logistics, vendor and budget management, attendee engagement, and elevate the experience through strategic corporate gifting initiatives. Key responsibilities: Event planning and execution: Develop timelines, budgets, and logistical plans for internal and external events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. Venue and vendor management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV providers, and other key vendors. Budget management: Create and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Attendee management: Oversee registration, communication, and on-site support to ensure a smooth attendee journey. Corporate gifting (KPI): Curate, source, and manage thoughtful and brand-aligned corporate gifting strategies that enhance engagement and strengthen relationships. Track and report on effectiveness as a key performance indicator. Post-event evaluation: Collect and analyse feedback, measure success against KPIs (including gifting impact), and suggest improvements for future events.
