Sinal Govender is an Associate and practises as an attorney in the trade mark litigation department. Sinal attained her BA LLB from Rhodes University and is a student member of SAIIPL. Sinal specialises in the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trade mark and copyright litigation, domain name disputes, company name objections, ASA disputes, as well as passing-off and unlawful competition matters.
