A leading property company is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their team and contribute to the growth and success of their property portfolio.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12.
- QS qualification.
- PR (PrQS) essential.
- Ten years of post-qualification experience.
- Manage the performance of the division to meet business objectives.
- Ensure client retention by maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and extend relationships with new clients to grow the portfolio.
- Deliver service excellence in all aspects of quantity surveying.
- Define and develop service offerings to align with market demands.
- Drive business and divisional strategies to achieve company goals.
- Ensure the delivery of profitable, high-quality, and professional services.
- Manage project costs and ensure quality standards are upheld.
