About the Role:
At Multidimensions, we’re not just thinking outside the box—we’re redesigning it. We’re on the hunt for the perfect candidate with a three-year degree in graphic and web design and at least a year of hands-on experience in Adobe’s creative wonderland (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as WordPress with Elementor. If you can “layer” creativity on top of administrative savvy and update WordPress pages faster than you can say “Ctrl+Z,” then you might just be exactly what we need. This is a great opportunity as you will be exposed to a huge array of clients from all industries. During the three month contract you will also be trained in a huge array of skills, including video design, advanced layout as well as artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Craft stunning visuals and layouts—Everything from Social media posts to brochures and print publications.
• Develop brand assets that not only look good but tell a compelling story.
• Web & Video Wizardry:
• Manage and update WordPress websites using Elementor
• Administrative & Project Coordination:
• Keep our creative engine running smoothly by emailing current clients, managing ongoing projects, organising email distribution lists, and contacting training delegates.
• Balance the creative chaos with excellent organisational skills
• Continuous Upskilling:
• We don’t just create; we teach. You’ll get full access to our industry-leading courses to upskill throughout the 3-month period. Whether it’s AI, web, video, or new design techniques, the learning never stops!

Important to note:
The Multidimensions team (of 8) is scattered all over South Africa. You will mostly be working alone or with the director at the head office in Harfield Village. We therefor need somebody that’s super disciplined. The position will require onsite at our offices 3 days a week, (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and 2 days working from home.

Requirements

• A three-year degree in graphic and web design.
• Minimum one year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress using Elementor.
• Bonus points for skills in basic video design using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, and After Effects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
• A self-starter with a hunger for learning, creative innovation, and achievement.
