      Reporting to: Strategy and Content lead

      Main purpose of the job

      As a content curator, you will work closely with assigned stakeholders, contributing innovative ideas and collaborating with team members to create engaging and shareable content. This role focuses on AI-enhanced content curation, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimise content strategies, plans, and rollouts. This is a fast-paced role, working across multiple brands. Successful candidate must be knowledgeable on all things digital.

      The content curator will, in collaboration with strategy, design, copy, and client services, ensure the delivery of:

      1. Content strategy
      2. Content plans
      3. Content calendars
      4. Content rollout

      You will be responsible for driving the daily execution of content deliverables for existing clients as well as new business opportunities, integrating AI tools to enhance content performance and efficiency.

      • Ensure all deadlines are met timeously, leveraging AI-driven scheduling and automation tools.
      • Facilitate integration across relevant departments and promote collaboration.
      • Foster innovation in content curation through AI-assisted research and automation.
      • Actively contribute to a positive agency culture by optimising content workflows with AI technologies.

      Content strategy

      • Develop clear, engaging, and AI-enhanced content aligned with the client's brand image, business objectives, and consumer needs.
      • Utilise AI analytics to identify trends and anticipate audience behaviour.
      • Conduct AI-driven content audits to assess performance and improve engagement.
      • Perform AI-assisted content gap analyses to identify missing or underperforming content.
      • Provide data-backed content recommendations to strategists, writers, editors, and creative teams.
      • Manage and adjust editorial calendars using AI-powered scheduling tools.
      • Establish content style guides incorporating AI-driven insights for tone, style, and structure.
      • Leverage AI-assisted audience segmentation to refine content targeting.

      Manage and implement content plans and calendars

      • Create AI-assisted content for social media, websites, and digital platforms aligned with strategic objectives.
      • Develop content calendars that integrate automation for optimisation and efficiency.
      • Brief the studio team for creative execution utilising AI-based content recommendations.

      Research and AI integration

      • Gain deep insights into client businesses and industry verticals using AI-powered research tools.
      • Stay updated on digital and AI-driven content trends, applying them to both new and existing clients.
      • Maintain a knowledge bank of AI-driven research for content optimisation.
      • Analyse client and user data with AI tools to derive strategic insights.
      • Monitor industry competitors using AI-driven benchmarking tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

      Key results and performance metrics

      • All deadlines are effectively managed and consistently met through AI-assisted scheduling.
      • High-quality, engaging, and optimised content is delivered consistently.
      • Strong knowledge of AI-enhanced content management systems, keyword research tools, SEO, SEM, and automation software.
      • Continuous research and innovation in AI-powered content curation, ensuring data-driven and solution-focused recommendations.
      • Active involvement in creative direction and support for internal teams.
      • Proactively identifying key engagement opportunities using AI-assisted audience insights, trends, and innovations.

      This role presents an exciting opportunity for a mid-level content curator to develop expertise in AI-powered content strategies while contributing to the overall success of the agency's content marketing initiatives.
