We are seeking an experienced head of studio to lead our global business development strategy and drive growth across multiple verticals and regional markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in building and executing business development strategies from the ground up, as well as strong leadership and management skills. Key responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives, focusing on identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth across a range of verticals and geographic regions.
- Lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to develop integrated strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least one year of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the media and marketing sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Experience working in global markets and managing regional-specific business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
