The opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic and passionate Sales Consultant in our call centre based in George!
The role:
The purpose of this critical insurance sales role is key to securing new business and servicing existing customers through creating a great first impression and positive engagement. This is through inbound and outbound calls and offering extensions to existing policies.
The Sales Consultant is required to provide amazing service and support by understanding customer needs and providing important information on products and the organisation.
Working hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 04h00AM – 11h00AM.
- Kindly note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Proficient / advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales driven position.
- A true vocation for sales and a passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Willing to work the hours as listed in this advert.
