What you’ll be doing:- Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project alignment.
- Design and execute effective testing frameworks.
- Test applications across diverse platforms and devices.
- Develop detailed test cases and document results.
- Perform system audits and regression testing to ensure high standards.
- Drive the quality and reliability of product releases across our software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate to grow the quality assurance function and optimise testing practices.
- Proactively identify improvements to enhance user experience and product quality.
- Monitor product metrics and take initiatives on resolving issues.
- Communicate progress on critical issues to our customer service and success teams.
What we’re looking for:- Exposure to quality assurance (QA) or testing environments.
- Basic knowledge of programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Eagerness to grow and develop professionally.
Bonus points if you have:- One or more years of experience in software testing or QA.
- A relevant certification or degree in software testing or quality assurance.
- Contactable references.
