What you’ll do:- Grow your own portfolio by prospecting for new clients across the Western Cape through face-to-face appointments and cold calling.
- Perform comprehensive business insurance needs analyses for clients.
- Present and offer dotsure's tailored business insurance solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance to meet targets.
- Stay on top of your sales activities and targets, from calls to quotes, as set by management.
- Keep detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Commit to continuous self-improvement and skill development.

Who you are:- Fluent in English and have a minimum of a matric certificate.
- A motivated self-starter with at least one year of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Organised, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Goal-driven, accountable, and able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Hold a valid drivers licence with access to your own transport.
- Proficient in MS Office with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
