Requirements:- Certified property practitioner with a track record in managing residential and commercial rentals.
- Demonstrate a proactive, target-oriented approach and initiative.
Key responsibilities:- Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
- Handle rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
