Service Advisor
Our client, based in Mbombela (Nelspruit), is looking for an experienced dealership service advisor to join their service department.
The successful candidate must have strong dealership service advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently.
Requirements:- Matric certificate
- Driver's licence
- Experience working in a franchise dealership as a service advisor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administration skills, systematic and client-centric
- Outgoing and not afraid of a challenge
Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers
- Liaise with customers at all times regarding their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on the system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Manage full vehicle handover process
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain a high CSI (customer service index)
