CRM Digital Manager (6-Month Contract)Requirements- A bachelor’s degree (preferably a commercial one)
- 4-7 years of experience in consumer behavior analytics
- Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills
- Experience with collaborating with External Agencies
- Working knowledge of CRM Data Systems
- Experience in Customer Acquisition Tactics
- E-commerce Experience (An advantage)
Responsibilities- Implement the various briefed business unit campaigns
- Provide behaviorally primed potential audiences
- Regularly provide insight-led campaign reports and help make any tactical corrections as necessary
- Provide budget recommendations per campaign
- Manage a hardworking CRM team
- Proactively provide the business units with opportunities for experimentation with audiences
- Manage the alignment of campaigns to relevant audiences, driving optimal cost per lead matrices
- Seek out industry trends and emerging new technologies
