Head – Digital Performance MarketingRequirements: - Degree is required
- Any additional Digital Certifications such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics would be advantageous
- Specialist certifications in the analytics of various digital platforms would be advantageous
- A minimum of seven years working with Paid Search, Programmatic Media, and Ad Campaign Platforms
- Experience collaborating with and managing external advertising agencies
Responsibilities: - Be accountable for building the organization's Digital Performance Program strategy and approach across the product portfolio
- Build and develop customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns from planning to execution
- Actively manage and track all key KPIs and engage in daily analysis and optimization to drive maximum ROI
- Lead the digital media agency in ensuring the timely execution of all campaigns as well as the implementation of informed media buys
- Determine and develop reporting frameworks, producing reporting that is in keeping with the rhythms and needs of the
- various business units
- Ensure a robust analytics setup that is geared for accurate and timeous campaign tracking and tagging, enabling meaningful insights and recommendations for optimisation
