Key responsibilitiesMarket research and insights - Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor strategies.
- Analyse digital marketing trends to identify opportunities and propose strategies for growth.
Data analysis and reporting - Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Extract and interpret data from sources such as Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, and social media.
- Perform advanced analysis, including pivot tables and complex formulas, to drive insights into customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Product collaboration - Align marketing insights with product development to optimise features and address customer needs.
- Identify data-driven product enhancement opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.
Campaign optimisation - Evaluate A/B tests, conversion metrics, and customer journeys.
- Provide insights to improve lead generation efficiency, campaign ROI, and product adoption.
Customer data management - Manage and structure customer data for accurate and compliant reporting.
- Work with teams to implement best practices for data collection and usage.
Stakeholder communication - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for data requests, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications and skillsExperience - Minimum eight years in data analysis or digital marketing research, with a focus on SaaS or B2B businesses.
Technical skills - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
Analytical skills - Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive strategic insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis.
Soft skills - Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Educational background - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, business analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
