Job description
PURPOSE OF JOB
The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of the human resources management policy and compliance with the applicable social legislation within the village in which he is assigned. He/she is the Club Med values ambassador, leads and animates the HR team, and is responsible for operational HR processes. He/she supports the managerial line in the supervision of his teams, recruits local staff and leads social monitoring. He/she supports Village managers in optimizing G.O/G.E. payroll and is responsible for clothing, transport and accommodation of G.O/G.E.

You will
- Be responsible for personnel management and the application of social regulations within the resort.
- Support managers and their teams (between 150 and 500 employees)
- Develop and implement the action plan necessary to optimize human resources to meet the company's economic objectives
- Manage the process of integration and evaluation of employees in compliance with the rules and procedures of labour law
- Set up a local recruitment policy
- Manage relations with employee representative bodies
- Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
