Our client is seeking a dynamic internal sales consultant to join their manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answering a telephone call professionally and efficiently;
• Capturing of incoming orders from Kayreed customers and Sales Reps. o Following up on all outstanding orders and queries.
• Handling all customer and Sales Reps enquiries and requests via email, telephone and fax.
• Following up on customer deliveries and quotes
• Assisting customers and Sales Reps with stock availability, delivery status, pricing and all product related questions and queries.
• Making sure orders are released for the inhouse Dash Board and placed in the correct trays for delivery or collection.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work accurately.
• Must able to work Saturdays when required. o Must have basic math skills
• Must be able to communicate information well

Qualifications and skills

• Matric essential
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution will be an added advantage
• Related Industry knowledge a must.
• Knowledge of Cut and Edge optimization programs an advantage
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Email and basic computer skills
• Excellent basic math knowledge
• Must be able to work Saturdays when required
• Fully Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
