Commercial Dealership Warranty and Costing Clerk

A well-established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and efficient warranty/costing clerk to join their team.

Job responsibilities
  • Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the service department and head office to resolve any costing and warranty issues.
  • Return defective parts to the manufacturer as required.
  • Communicate with customers regarding claims.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claims activity.
  • Perform costing and invoicing tasks.
  • Handle general administration for day-to-day invoices.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate.
  • Minimum of three years of warranty claims experience within a franchise motor dealership (commercial experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Good customer care skills.
