What we are looking for: Senior designer

What you will do:

Work with the wider studio team to deliver high quality creative solutions
Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the CDs and design directors and client services team
Present creative concepts to client services and the studio team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
Deliver presentations to clients and roadmap explanations to client
Support the creative directors and creative partners in the development and guardianship of the company's brand
Be a self-starter as much as a team player

What you must have:

Good grounding in design principles
Two years+ industry experience
Understanding of basic business finance
Adobe CC
Understanding of retail design principles integral to our overall approach to business
Design degree
Worked in a marketing agency before
Self-initiated research
Experience of creating campaigns for executions across print, OOH, digital, social and video.
Branding experience
