Parts Sales Executive

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role
• Grade 12
• Computer Literate
• Valid Vehicle Drivers License
• Evolve System Experience

• Ensure correct items are selected and picked accurately on the first attempt.
• Understand office dynamics to work effectively within the team.
• Liaise with suppliers for consumable items on-site and when placing orders.
• Accurately handle and record all consumable items.
• Support departmental and dealership marketing plans as required.
• Protect inventory by following company policies to prevent fire, damage, or theft.
• Adhere to the discount policy.
• Ensure full credit is received for returned items.
• Monitor supplier prices and inform the Parts Manager of any significant changes
