Integrated Digital Marketing Manager

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a strategic and creative integrated digital marketing manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results. If you are both analytical and innovative, with proven experience in digital marketing and client engagement, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

Social media and community management
  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Create, schedule, and optimise content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Paid media management
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends.
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
  • Optimise website content for search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Track and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.
Website UX/UI optimisation
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
  • Conduct website audits and implement improvements based on user behaviour.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO and branding goals.
Email marketing
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Create compelling email content and automation sequences.
  • Segment lists based on user behaviour for personalised communication.
  • Analyse campaign performance to optimise future efforts.
Key account management and client engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Prepare and present campaign strategies and performance insights.
Project management and ad hoc responsibilities
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables for multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support ad hoc marketing and strategy-related projects.
What will you need?
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, SEO, and UX/UI.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and UX/UI best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in team management and collaboration across departments.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO is a plus.
