Customer Relations Manager – Corporate Accounts

Who are we looking for: Customer Relations Manager – Corporate Accounts

What will you do:
  • Customer relationship management and engagement
  • Customer data and analytics management
  • Strategic account and service management
  • Customer-facing operations and support
  • Collaboration and sales support
  • Project implementation and delivery management
  • Quality control and continuous Improvement
  • Onsite client engagement and travel
Occasionally travel and significant time onsite with clients may be required to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

What do you need:
  • Minimum 6 years in customer account management, client services, or CRM
  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications
  • Relationship management: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, proactively resolve issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Project and service coordination: Experience in managing corporate accounts, overseeing service quality and coordinating project implementations within strict deadlines
  • Data and analytics: Proficiency in analysing customer data, tracking engagement metrics and leveraging insights to drive business growth
  • Collaboration and communication: Excellent teamwork, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operations teams
Technical and system knowledge:
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 / BC365
  • Proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with customer data management tools and reporting dashboard
  • Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel for onsite client engagement when required
