General Sales Manager - Cape Town, Western Cape 

Our client is seeking an energetic and passionate general sales manager to lead a sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets for new and used motorcycles and accessories, based in Cape Town. You'll oversee sales processes, motivate the team, drive marketing initiatives, and manage key relationships to foster growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets for motorcycles and accessories.
• Lead and develop the sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage sales processes and optimize operations.
• Promote retail financing and insurance sales.
• Support marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 certificate (management/leadership qualification preferred).
• 5-10 years of sales experience, with automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and business acumen.
• Full motorcycle license is required.
