Lead DevOps Engineer

We're now looking for a seasoned lead devops engineer to spearhead our infrastructure and deployment strategy as we scale globally.

As our lead devops engineer, you’ll be at the heart of everything we build. From designing CI/CD pipelines to managing cloud-native infrastructure, you’ll ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and fast. You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver infrastructure that empowers development and accelerates innovation.

Requirements:

•  Java development knowledge
• Experience with Helm and ArgoCD
• DevSecOps experience
• IaC experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
• Knowledge of SQL
• Ideally, a degree in Computer science or a related field
• Previous experience in financial services, specifically credit and transactional products
• Strong background in automation
• Strong skills in Bash, Ksh or Python scripting
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity practices
• A keen interest in finance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, maturity and the ability to work in a team
• Collaboration - the nature of what we do requires us to huddle around whiteboards, debate solutions with the team, and talk to each other often - this means that we all work together in person in the office
• Depending on the level you apply for, anywhere between 2 and 10+ years of experience in DevOps
