What you will do:

The campaign manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on promoting our financial services and remittance offerings. This role involves planning and implementing marketing initiatives to engage target audiences, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness and loyalty globally.

You will:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilise market research and customer insights.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets and resources.
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Five years of proven experience in managing campaigns.
  • Experience in the fintech industry or relevant financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Understanding of fintech, financial services, and digital banking, including marketing fintech products.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with product development, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and messaging.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and metrics, with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
