What we are looking for: A senior design manager/design studio manager.
What you will do:You will be responsible for setting the design strategy, implementing the corporate identity, and collaborating closely with the marketing team and key clients. Your role involves working with external digital, creative, and media agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions. Leading the in-house design studio, you will drive groundbreaking projects and report directly to the marketing manager, guiding the creative direction to ensure the brand message resonates across digital platforms and traditional media.
What you must have:- A three-year graphic design degree or diploma.
- Five to eight years of experience in design within an agency background.
- Experience in packaging design.
- Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production.
- Knowledge and experience in interactive media.
- Design experience for print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
- Animation and motion design experience would be advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of marketing communication media processes and graphic design principles.
