Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms and a passion for developing innovative strategies that drive results.

If you have a track record of delivering successful campaigns, experience in omnichannel marketing, and a knack for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively, we want to hear from you.

What will you do for our clients: 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Define and segment target audiences, creating detailed customer personas to guide content and campaign strategies.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse client campaign performance, using data to optimise results.
  • Provide strategic insights to retain and grow client accounts, while supporting new business proposals.
  • Ensure strategy projects are accurately costed and profitable, remaining in scope.
  • Perform GAP analyses to address performance discrepancies and create actionable plans.
  • Create detailed user journey maps, optimising customer interactions across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, SEO-optimised content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
What will you do for our agency:
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and share insights with internal teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead the creation of case studies showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue relevant industry awards to enhance the agency’s brand credibility.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the digital marketing team, encouraging the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Present at online and in-person events on relevant digital marketing topics.
What do you need: 
  • Proven experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role (minimum of three years).
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently and engage diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, content marketing).
  • Proficiency in marketing and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SE Rankings).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge of AI is highly valued.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing is essential.
