HR and Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Remuneration:cost-to-company

Requirements: 
  • A relevant HR degree
  • Minimum of six years’ experience as an HR generalist that includes business partnering, talent acquisition (all levels) and Adhoc functions
  • Multinational exposure preferred
Responsibilities: 
  • Understand the business needs and ensure that the HR Strategy responds to the business/business unit strategy.
  • Monitoring organisational climate, staff attitudes and morale and informing and advising line management in this regard, with particular focus being on the annual engagement survey.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate employee communication.
  • Implement recruitment strategies that are linked to the BU strategies.
  • Monitor the turnaround time of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
