Customer Success Manager

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (senior certificate) and a diploma or degree in IT management or business.
  • A driver’s licence.
  • More than five years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in successful sales and account management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity applications.
  • Experience working with customers and external audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for matters beyond the services teams, guiding and resolving issues effectively.
  • Follow up on all open quotes, pending orders, ETAs, and solutions; update customers and sales tickets accordingly.
  • Review every customer sales request to ensure it is fit for purpose before presenting quotes.
  • Perform customer account administration to maintain accurate records in the organisation’s systems, including the customer master account schedule.
  • Manage customer contract paperwork to ensure all contracts are current and signed.
  • Attend customer and internal meetings as scheduled.
