Key responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and determine the best course of action.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and manufacturer guidelines to ensure the highest level of service.
Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of five-plus years of experience as a vehicle technician, with a focus on diagnostics and repairs.
Certification: Master Technician certification or equivalent is required.
Technical skills: Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment, tools, and software.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Team player: Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
