Digital Manager

Remuneration:R40000 - R50000 per month

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their management team as a digital manager and oversee all digital projects and accounts.
 
Role overview:

You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering top-notch digital experiences and aligning with the customer experience (CX) team on product developments and sales pipelines.

Your role will also involve sharing product and industry knowledge within the team and ensuring projects are scoped, implemented and continuously improved based on best practices and customer needs.

Key areas of focus:

Account management:
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee the support process, ensuring effective communication and timely resolutions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, such as training and additional products.
Projects:
  • Lead the implementation of digital deployments, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and handover to support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and provide expertise throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough scoping and assessments, proposing effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Teams and operations:
  • Lead and manage the digital team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with the COO to develop a training and development plan for the digital department.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and implementing best practices.
Product:
  • Coordinate with partners to communicate client requirements and provide feedback on product enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams on new releases and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital project management and account management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
