Executive Personal Assistant

A company within the property industry is looking for an executive personal assistant to join their team.

The PA will report directly to the owner of the company.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner.
  • Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the owner.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in the property industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications (advantageous).

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
