Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Service Advisor to join their team in
Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and provide professional service.
- Schedule and manage service appointments.
- Understand and communicate customer needs and service requirements.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
