Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to lead various projects and teams, ensuring that all design work aligns with our strategic goals while continuously pushing the boundaries of our corporate identity. You will play a key role in nurturing and developing our team of designers, setting high standards for creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a corporate environment and be comfortable liaising with executive committee members, effectively communicating design strategies and ideas at a high level.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading a team 
• 5+ years working experience in concept and design.
• Graphic design degree/diploma.
• Expert experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and a fair
• understanding of web design.
• A good level of experience of animation in Premier & After Effects.
• Creative thinker, on trend with a love for design.
• Impassioned leader that can inspire and guide the digital team.
• Committed, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise, collaborate and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of photography, graphic design and typography.
