Manage admin and schedule
for the CEO and COO. Their lives are kinda crazy with regular international flights, and highly fluid diaries. But it’s super fun!
Duties- Handle comms: you need to be an absolute deck whiz and know how to tell a story in 12 slides or less. Google slides are the main way we communicate both internally and externally.
- Keep things organised and communicate effectively. You’ll be running all our inboxes but also often be the intermediary between us and the company.
- Multitask and manage projects efficiently. You’ll literally engage with every part of our company and all 35 staff members.
Required- Minimum three years' experience as an exec assistant in a fast-paced company. Ideally some startup experience. But maybe you can also teach us some tricks from the corporate world.
