The 147-room Town Lodge Windhoek hotel has opened its doors to guests, providing a brand-new accommodation offering to meet the needs of business and leisure travellers in Namibia’s capital city.
Part of the Johannesburg-headquartered City Lodge Hotel Group, the hotel is the 13th Town Lodge in the group, complementing 10 Town Lodges in South Africa and one each in Nairobi, Kenya and Gaborone, Botswana. It is the 58th hotel in the City Lodge Hotel Group which also owns and operates the Fairview Hotel, Courtyard Hotel, City Lodge Hotel and Road Lodge brands in South Africa, Kenya and Botswana.
Situated in Frankie Fredericks Street, Kleine Kappe, Windhoek, all of the hotel’s comfortable bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms featuring maxi showers. The hotel is within easy access of Windhoek’s international and domestic airports, as well as the CBD and sports and entertainment facilities.
Town Lodge Windhoek provides free and secure basement parking as well as a swimming pool, fast and reliable wireless internet, full English and continental breakfast options and a sundowner bar service. Interleading family rooms are available and one in 50 rooms has been specially designed to cater for the needs of physically disabled guests. There are three boardrooms comprising two 12-seater rooms and one six-seater room. These are ideal for a variety of meeting needs.
